Title: Client Relations and Operations Manager
Dr. Meade is a Dallas Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, specializing in aesthetic plastic surgery with an emphasis on face, nose, and body--applying his experience with cutting-edge surgical techniques and strategies. He brings a wealth of experience, and a warm, caring approach to every patient. Dr. Meade has been a leading plastic surgeon in the heart of Dallas, Texas for nearly 20 years. He is sought after for his excellence in surgical outcomes that are designed to not only look beautiful, but to last longer.
Dr. Meade is looking for a Client Relations and Operations Manager to join his team. This is a unique position requiring excellent business development skills, strong communication and organizational skills, and light team lead skills. Engaging clients with a warm and professional demeanor is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities of Client Relations and Operations Manager:
· Follow up on leads from sources such as social media campaigns, informational gatherings, and inquiries from potential or current patients, ultimately resulting in a booked surgery
· Manage Dr. Meade’s schedule (book surgeries, block out dates when necessary, etc)
· Address staff issues, track PTO, and oversee business operations to ensure optimal efficiency
· Ensure facility is clean, organized and stocked with supplies necessarily for daily operations including educational pamphlets and brochures of for patients
· Oversee the selection of equipment used in the office and make sure that it works properly; acts as first line of support for technical issues (i.e., WIFI and phone services)
· Minor involvement in financial aspects of the business such as fielding occasional billing and insurance questions and tracking use of company credit card
· Some basic marketing strategy including obtaining patient reviews, tracking online marketing efforts and patient conversion rates, and engaging with local influencers
Requirements:
· Previous experience as an Office Manager or Client Relations Manager (or similar) in a medical office, preferably an office that focused on aesthetic plastic surgery
· Understanding of common procedures in a physician's office and the use of medical terminologies
· Standard computer skills (MS Office), data entry, and EMR systems
· Previous business development experience with patient procedures, is highly desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,456.00 - $75,000.00 per year
