Daly Seven, Inc., a family-owned hotel management and development company, is seeking to add an Assistant Field Superintendent to its Renovations division based in Greensboro, NC. Daly Seven, Inc. is a leader in the hospitality industry specializing in building, owning, and operating hotels in the NC, SC and VA region with a 40 year track record.
Our Design & Renovations division is looking to fill a strong support role to our management team to oversee hotel renovation projects. The work includes on-site quality control, inspections and permitting and construction administration. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-starting individual looking for a long term position with a dynamic and growing company.
Qualifications:
- 5 years field experience in the construction industry
- Experience in residential or commercial renovations
- Proficient in blueprint reading
- Proficient in Email, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experienced in scheduling and working with inspections department
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to travel throughout NC
