- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License or advanced degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Family Counseling Services
- Three years successful experience working with children
- Demonstrated ability to exert strong leadership in the area of child social/emotional and behavioral well-being
- Demonstrated ability to provide support to children and families
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Building Administrator
