What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Representative(Spanish/Bilingual) position at Dataquad Inc.?
Must-Haves :
- Local or commutable candidates only!
- Prefer at least 1 year of human resources experience OR STRONG ADMIN experience.
- Manufacturing background is a mandatory.
- 100% onsite.
- A bilingual background is required (mandatory).
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Previous HR experiences desired.
- Previous clerical experience is desired.
- Proficient knowledge and use of computer programs desired (Word and Excel required; Power Point).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers, vendors or employees of the organization
- Knowledge of the ATS and / or HRIS system is desired.
- Current and valid driver’s license preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
