yUtilizing an entrepreneurial spirit, the Education Partner Representative is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategies to drive new enrollment leads for Davenport University within the assigned Community Colleges by working independently or in tandem with other members of the Admissions team. .Responsibilitie
- sGenerate admissions inquiries through personal and professional contacts, internal and external recruitment events and other creative lead generation initiatives to achieve identified enrollment targets
- .Prospect for new opportunities and increase awareness of Davenport University's capabilities (degree programs, certifications, open enrollment courses, concurrent offerings) through in person meetings, referrals, emailing, cold calling, and networking
- .Consistently generate high numbers of quality leads that will lead to the achievement of established enrollment goals
- .Participate in and assist in planning recruiting functions as requested, including but not limited to college fairs and recruitment events
- .Assist in admissions enrollment strategy development by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations that will lead to an increase in enrollment and market share
- .Identify strategic needs for educational partners, develop action plans and cultivate relationships to generate qualified opportunities for Davenport University' capabilities
- .Effectively develop, schedule and present to large audiences
- .Assist in the preparation of agreements for Admissions and IPEx for partnerships
- .Document all prospective student interactions in the appropriate CRM and facilitate the transition to the Admissions Representative
- .Communicate daily with team members concerning upcoming events, customer needs, and any necessary follow-up activity to manage and shape customer expectations
- .Work closely with admission leaders to develop and maintain partnerships and ensure quality deliverables on all commitments
- .Understand and abide by all external and internal regulations and policies. This includes NCAA, GLIAC and national affiliations associated within athletics or other role specific regulations
- .Provides GREAT customer service, anticipating and exceeding the needs of our customers
- .Demonstrate and promote the University Cultural Values
- .Perform other duties as assigned
- sBachelor degree required, preferably in business, marketing or sales related field
- .Two (2) or more years of sales experience required in one of more of DU's market areas. Experience in higher education setting preferred
- .Demonstrated experience and success within a team selling approach. Must be a strong self-starter
- .Ability to develop and implement strategy, effectively plan, meet deadlines, and accomplish goals
- .Accountability and ownership; attention to detail and follow through; strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- .Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; dynamic presentation skills
- .Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills required
- .Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and relate well to diverse populations of students, parents, faculty, staff, and others while maintaining appropriate confidentiality
- .Demonstrated motivational and problem solving capabilities with a high degree of integrity, ethics, and dedication to the mission of the University
- .Ability to work accurately and effectively with technology systems

- .Business office environment. Prolonged sitting and standing. Use of personal computer and telephone (eye and hand strain). Moderate travel, including overnight stays
- .No regular lifting requirements, occasional lifting up to 20 pounds
- .Must be able to work an irregular schedule, evenings or Saturday as needed, additional hours during peak times or as required
