Job Overview
Prestigious Suffolk County Elder Law and Estate Planning law firm is seeking a highly experienced professional to manage and perform all administrative duties integral to running a productive and efficient office. Must be well-versed in financial aspects, familiarity with multiple types of insurance, able to multi-task and have the patience to deal with vendors and employees' needs with respect and professionalism.
Duties including BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- responsible for all day-to-day administrative needs of the firm
- implementation of office procedures that will ensure efficiency and increase production
- interview, hire, and onboard all new hires as well as arrange for training process
- facilitate payroll for entire firm
- administrate all aspects of 401K including deposits and yearly census
- bill paying for firm and managing partner
- renewing, maintaining, and negotiating all insurances for the firm such as professional liability, disability, unemployment, workers comp, etc.
- oversee all computer issues
- record and maintain employee PTO
- coordinate all firm outings and holiday celebrations

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
