Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in regulatory, enforcement and compliance, litigation, and / or transactional matters, primarily before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). Experience in matters involving federally regulated power and / or gas markets is a plus.In this role, the associate will work in Day Pitney's nationally recognized Energy Practice on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters for a diverse set of clients to develop and implement innovative solutions to the complex challenges confronting the energy industry.
