We are committed to helping clients achieve whole-person wellness and recovery through individual and group counseling, education, and psychiatric services. We are seeking a FT Maintenance Staff to work Monday through Friday to be responsible for 2 locations: West Berlin and Atco.
Responsibilities:
- performing floor care functions including sweeping; vacuuming, and washing as needed
- cleaning common areas (inside building and outside grounds) according to schedule and procedure
- cleaning bathrooms
- cleaning and dusting windows
- trash collection
- changing filters according to schedule and procedure
- light repairs as needed, including but not limited to unclogging sinks/toilets and building office furniture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to move continuously during work hours and lift and/or carry 25 pounds
- Possess good time management and organizational skills
- Show compassion for clients and staff
- Demonstrate ability to be team-oriented
- Able to maintain confidentiality
