Our team recruiter will be a candidate's first contact with Daz & Company as the face of our company. With that being said, plain and simple – we want someone with a sharp image and a fun personality. Our Administrator will play a huge role in bringing the next best talent to our company. Our team that is all about hard work, growth, advancement, and having fun!
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated rock-star individual who will be responsible for recruitment, entertaining the candidates, building relationships with new candidates and existing employees, and working alongside our CEO. We play to win, do you?
Responsibilities:
In office Monday/ Thursday/Friday
Make outgoing recruitment calls
Entertain the candidates during interview process
Creates personal relationships
Help manage and run the location alongside the owner
Organize and track various company data
Qualifications:
- Effective communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team player / Can work in teams as well as individually
- Outside- the- box recruiting strategies / mindset
- Excellent computer skills / Social Media Skill
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.25 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
