Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
• Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle based on their needs and preferences
• Maintain a positive, helpful relationship with all customers
• Manage online listings and maintain an up-to-date digital inventory
• Provide exceptional service from first contact to final sale
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in computer software and online platforms
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (automotive experience a plus but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
