Responsibilities:
Lead the DevOps team responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining the Observability Platform.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Concourse to automate the deployment and release process.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and functionalities.
Monitor system performance using Grafana and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
Implement robust monitoring and alerting systems using AppD and ELK Stack to proactively identify and resolve problems.
Foster a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure the platform's security and compliance.
Migrate applications to the cloud (AWS) and decommission legacy systems.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and configuration management.
Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration.
GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Proficiency in Automation Scripting (Python, Bash) for automating tasks.
Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Knowledge of Atlas Harbor and AWS Registry for container image management.
Understanding of WebSec and CyberArk for security best practices.
Experience with ELK Stack for logging and monitoring.
Familiarity with AWS services (ECS, Fargate, ALB, NLB).
Datadog expertise for monitoring and observability.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other observability tools like New Relic or Dynatrace.
Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices architecture.
Certification in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Certified Administrator).
