We are looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our Sales team identify and generate sales opportunities.
Inside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities:
- Communicating with leads / prospects
- Making outbound calls to company provided leads
- Cultivating opportunities and passing along to sales team
- Creating and maintaining leads database
- Understanding customer needs
- Explaining product features and benefits
- Generating opportunities and achieving quotas
Inside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong sales and cold calling skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
