Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives by identifying new opportunities and presenting solutions through in-person communication and contact with potential customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty through contact after the sales process is complete
- Coordinate with internal teams to build a strong understanding of customer preferences to build better sales practices
- Provide support for customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through client-provided information and technology
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Track and report on client account performance while maintaining compliance and confidentiality requirements
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team
Sales Associate Qualifications:
