What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential/ Special Apps Sales Representative position at Delaware Elevator?
Continued growth and expansion have created the need for an outside Sales Professional in and around the Tampa, Florida area. We require that you have a *minimum of 5 years’ experience with proven sales history in commercial, construction or related industry.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Essential Functions:
•Selling residential elevators, chair lifts, dumbwaiters, vertical and incline stair lifts, and material lifts in the Sarasota Florida market – variety of vendors (DEM, Savaria)
•On the road sales regularly, estimating, & crafting proposals for customers
•Provide and assist with lunch and learns
•Report Monthly, current pipeline, Sales Revenue and Sales related activities.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be proficient in Microsoft office package and capable of learning CRM tools
•Must have good customer relations skills
•Must be able to multi-task
•Requires excellent communication – written and verbal
•Able to interact with all levels of personnel
•Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
