Job Introduction
Delta Wye Electric is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual for the role of HR & Office Manager. This unique opportunity combines the strategic responsibilities of an HR Manager with the front-facing duties of an Office Manager. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for human resources and a knack for creating welcoming environments, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
HR Management:
- Onboarding & offboarding of employees, manage health insurance and benefits programs
- Assist with employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution coaching
- Organize and execute company events
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Office Management:
- Order office supplies, maintain filing systems, and answer phones
- Support payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial report preparation
- Develop office and computer procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Customer Management:
- Process new customers and provide customer service support
Sales & Marketing:
- Support sales and marketing efforts by helping develop sales materials and website content
- Monitor and report on sales activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
