Primary Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop the Marketing Team: Recruit, hire, and mentor team members to build a high-performing, creative, and results-driven marketing department. Create growth opportunities and ensure professional development for each team member.
- Oversee Content Strategy and Execution: Design and lead comprehensive content strategies, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client needs across social media, email marketing, podcasts, and video content.
- Manage Campaign Development: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Innovate and Experiment: Explore emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing to enhance campaign performance and maintain a competitive edge.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking: Analyze marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and adjust strategies to achieve KPIs and long-term goals.
- Foster Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure cohesion and alignment in all marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Proven Leadership Experience: 4 years of experience in digital marketing, including managing and developing a team.
- Team-Building Skills: Experience hiring, mentoring, and growing talent within a marketing or creative team.
- Strong Strategic Vision: Ability to design and implement content strategies across multiple channels, including social media, email, video, and podcasts.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Go High Level, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics and leveraging insights to improve outcomes.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to inspire and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Adaptability and Innovation Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and seeking out new ideas and technologies.
