Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will excel in client services, possess strong sales skills, and demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette. As a Closer, you will be responsible for engaging with property investors through outbound calling, finding out what type of property they're looking to purchase and matching them with a property in our inventory and closing on the deal.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential properties for purchase.
- Strong client services orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Show properties, negotiate, and close sales deals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Must have a minimum of 1 yr of sales experience in high ticket or luxury items or services.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
