A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
- Hours: Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Provide friendly and professional support primarily to our wholesale customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Establish and maintain accurate customer accounts in our database.
- Receive and confirm incoming orders, ensuring all details are correct.
- Enter order information into our software and process invoices and paperwork.
- Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions.
- Be a positive ambassador for our company and help us continue to grow!
What you'll need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 2 years of office experience with data entry
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and web technology
