This role will focus on developing and managing our dealer network to drive parts sales and enhance our market presence all while making outbound calls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, dealer management, and a deep understanding of the parts market.
Key Roles
- Part Sales Phone Representatives performs various functions in ensuring effective promotion and marketing of Diamond Mowers products and services using the telephone.
- They would be expected to achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Their duties may also include creating contracts and providing customers with quotes; as well as ensuring timely follow-up on leads
- This person should be detail-oriented and a self-motivated individual.
Responsibilities
- Dealer Network Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to expand our network via the phone.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure their success and satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for sales and areas for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor dealer performance and provide feedback and guidance to help them achieve sales targets.
- Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to boost parts sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in phone sales, or a related field, preferably in the heavy equipment or automotive industry.
- Skills: Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of mower and heavy equipment parts and the dealer network a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Location and Hours:
Location: 60th St
Hours: 8:00-5:00
Days of Shift: Monday-Friday
