Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring adherence to scope and objectives.
- Lead teams of engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel, providing direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, resolve challenges, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct project close-out activities, including final inspections and documentation.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in mechanical construction project management, specializing in HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, design-build processes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
