Responsibilities
Drive company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations efficiently and safely.
Load and unload goods, ensuring that items are secured properly during transit.
Assemble equipment as needed. (Lift Chairs, Hospital beds, etc)
Follow assigned routes and schedules while maintaining flexibility to accommodate changes.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or issues encountered.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in commercial driving or courier services is preferred.
Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks as required.
Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process.
