About the Position
The Accounting Clerk will work closely with our Chief Accounting Officer and accounting team to support and enhance various financial processes within our organization, managing accounts payable and bank reconciliations. This is a fast-paced role that requires absolute attention to detail and critical thinking skills to evaluate and resolve complex transactions. This position offers significant opportunities for career development and growth within the company, as well as the chance to learn the wealth management industry. This is a full-time, in-office role stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah.
Your Impact
- Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining good vendor relationships and contract documentation.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies across multiple entities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CAO and Controller to support accounting projects, financial reporting, month end close, and other duties as assigned.
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews as needed.
Who You Are
- 2 years of experience in an accounting related field. Preferred bachelor’s degree in accounting.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Your Toolkit
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
