Assist in defining application and project scope/objectives through research, fact-finding, and applying a basic understanding of business, applications, and industry requirements. Coordinate business requirements definition ,development, testing, implementation and support for new and existing systems. Identify research and analyze production problems, develop solutions and coordinate resolutions.

A day in the life:
- Review operational procedures and methods and recommend changes for Improvement with an emphasis on automation and efficiency.
- Plan, Test, and implement new applications, enhancements and/or conversions.
- Analyze data to determine potential issues for post conversion Process. make recommendations to management for options to Resolve Outstanding issues.
- advise of process improvements, documentation enhancements, and system control improvements to enhance Processing capabilities and minimize risk.
- Participate in project work, including analysis, requirements definition and testing.
- partner with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems.
- May Serve as administrator for databases and applications used in the department.
- Serve as subject matter Expert for Customers and facilitating customer Issue resolution.
- assist in Monitoring system and operational Controls identifying areas of risk and suggesting possible improvements.
- Other projects as assigned.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in banking, financial services or operations. Project management experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate with discretion.
- Ability to persuasively Communicate ideas to other area managers and upper management.
- high level of analytical and technical skills required to interpret and Analyze system data.
- Deadline and task-driven.
- proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced PC skills, specifically with Word, and Excel spreadsheets, downloading, importing and exporting files. experience with access, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
