Job Description:
DMS is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our corporate team. The IT Manager will oversee the strategic and operational management of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring robust network and information security while supporting organizational growth. This position requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in IT operations, network architecture, and system security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT operations, including the design, implementation, and maintenance of network, server, and software systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Monitor and maintain network security protocols to safeguard organizational data and systems.
• Oversee compliance with ISO standards and manage documentation to support certifications and audits.
• Analyze system performance, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Evaluate and recommend IT infrastructure enhancements, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Responsible for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT strategies with organizational goals.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IT processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer Ssience, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience, with a strong focus on network and information security.
• Experience identifying and implementing solutions for NIST and ISO cybersecurity frameworks for cloud-based environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and network management.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA ) or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Windows application deployment, and IT security protocols.
