Job Responsibilities
- Develop CPM schedule baselines and maintain contract schedule updates with project teams.
- Work with Project Executives to prepare proposal & preconstruction schedules
- Capable of managing schedules for multiple projects at a time.
- Analyze and monitor construction progress, working collaboratively with the project team in an advisory role to address any schedule impacts.
- Review planned vs. actual progress and analyze the variances.
- Prepare concise monthly schedule narratives that provide updates on the status of assigned projects.
- Alert supervising manager and project team members to potential issues, including schedule deviations, and assist in developing recovery plans, mitigation strategies, or delay analyses.
- Participate in collaborative planning sessions with DOC project team, subcontractors, designers, and stakeholders to gather input on sequencing, manpower, and durations.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by supervising manager.
- A flexible, detailed-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, work independently, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to apply appropriate communication techniques to various project stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required, demonstrating a consistent commitment and ability to work with diverse work groups and individuals.

- Have excellent computer skills and willing to learn new software applications
- A strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction management, or related field; or equivalent field experience.
- Experience in building and heavy/civil projects is preferred
- Must have working knowledge of Oracle P6 Scheduling Software
- Experience with P6 Cloud is a plus
