Fast paced automotive repair shop specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram is looking for an experienced service writer. Duties will include, but not limited to being responsible for coordinating and communicating with customers regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. Excellent customer service is requiredby greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and providing accurate information about services and pricing. Must be able to prepare repair orders, estimate costs, and provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle repairs. You will work closely with mechanics to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
