Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our dynamic team. We have a current opening in our round sling manufacturing department building round slings for lifting applications. This position will also lead to opportunities in other product departments as they are needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly line processes and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively assemble components using various charts, measuring devices, hand and power tools. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This position may require heavy lifting capabilities.
Duties
- Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during the assembly process.
- Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or factory setting.
- Assist in the fabrication of components as needed, following safety protocols at all times.
- Utilize forklift equipment for moving materials when required, adhering to safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an assembly line environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in manufacturing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift and move items as necessary within a warehouse or factory setting.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.

Pay: $17.52 - $19.50 per hour
