## Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. The Order Processor will be responsible for processing orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
## Duties
- Process orders from e-mails and e-commerce platforms (web store, eBay, and Amazon)
- Create shipping labels, facilitate returns, and payments.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory
- Responds promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with product availability, pricing, and delivery times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Experience with order processing and fulfillment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- PC literate - types 40WPM
- 1-year customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, Amazon)
- Experience with ERP software (D365 Business Central, SAP, Quickbooks Enterprise, etc.)
- Highly organized and strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Mechanically inclined
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
