Key Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution using Microsoft Project.
- Review, analyze, and summarize key details from project-related documents.
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and analyze project data using Microsoft Excel.
- Support project reporting, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
- Identify and escalate project risks and issues as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize project execution.
- 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract key information from documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment.
- Prior experience in the energy and utilities sector is a plus but not required.
