Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in January 2025. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform computerized data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting functions.
- Support project coordination activities as needed.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Proven experience in computerized data entry and office administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure error-free documentation.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in accurate and efficient data entry practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
