We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team!
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and facilitating a positive and effective workplace culture. Manage clinical staff, optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide a supportive environment for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic practice
- Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and KPIs to ensure operational goals are met and continually improved.
- Maintain and manage clinic budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, social work or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management
- Experience in policy creation, implementation, and quality assurance
- Experience managing budgets and financial oversight
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Willing to relocate to San Luis Obispo
- Proficiency in Google Sheets to optimize management and operational efficiency
