We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team!
The Practice Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care and facilitating a positive and effective workplace culture. Manage clinical staff, optimize operational efficiency, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide a supportive environment for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic practice
- Supervise administrative staff and provide leadership to ensure efficient workflow
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery
- Demonstrate knowledge in critical care practices to support clinical operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to supporting children with autism and their families
- Proficiency in Google Sheets to optimize management and operational efficiency
