Job Overview:
The Business Strategy Manager at Dugan Air will drive revenue growth and develop strategies to enhance the performance and profitability of the company. The Business Strategy Manager will be responsible for creating standardized outreach for clients, developing growth strategies, and ensuring accountability within the company through appropriate metrics. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the company's mission, a highly energetic personality, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach and Coordination:
Create a standardized outreach plan for current and future clients.
Coordinate the implementation of this outreach across sales channels, client management, marketing, and communications.
Strategic Development:
Develop growth strategies in collaboration with the leadership team.
Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting.
Accountability and Metrics:
Create accountability within the company by developing appropriate metrics.
Coordinate compensation and promotions based on these metrics.
Client Relationship Management:
Prospect and close relationships with key target clients.
Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
Revenue Cycle Monitoring:
Monitor strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement and success.
Develop and implement robust sales management processes, including pipeline, account planning, and proposals.
Management and Training:
Fill management gaps by building and training individuals and teams in Sales and Management.
Oversee all Channel/Partner Development, including adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners.
Innovation and Experimentation:
Drive a “lean startup” style environment of constant experimentation and learning.
Customer Research and Brand Leadership:
Leverage customer research to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning.

Base Salary (with potential bonus opportunities)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
