The IT Technician will use technical skills and experience to support client IT needs. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills and good communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
· Support Methodologies will include telephone and email support and visits to client companies, providing Level 1 support.
· Troubleshoot/resolve hardware and software performance and general PC, network and printer problems.
· Install, upgrade and support computer hardware and software.
· Perform voice/email system setup
· Perform set-up for new users
· Assist with IT projects as directed
· Collaborate with customers and vendors as directed
· Support all company policies and procedures
· Communicate effectively with all contacts
