What You’ll Do:
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, handling every customer with professionalism and care.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through open, engaging communication.
- Aim to exceed personal and team sales goals while meeting high call handling standards.
- Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and ensure accurate documentation.
- 2 years of experience in customer support or dispatch roles.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Friendly, professional attitude.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent phone handling and active listening skills.
- A customer-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently.
