Shift: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, handling every customer with professionalism and care.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers through open, engaging communication.
• Aim to exceed personal and team sales goals while meeting high call handling standards.
• Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions, manage accounts, and ensure accurate documentation.
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 2 years of experience in customer support or dispatch roles.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Friendly, professional attitude.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent phone handling and active listening skills.
• A customer-focused approach with the flexibility to adapt to different personality types.
