About the Role:
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our compensation strategy. You’ll partner with business leaders, Finance, and Human Capital Management (HCM) teams to enhance our compensation processes and drive people analytics that provide valuable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders and Finance to execute and refine compensation processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance our compensation and analytics capabilities.
- Work with the Recruiting team to design competitive pay packages that attract top talent.
- Generate actionable data reports to support decision-making for HCM and business leaders.
- Analyze market data to inform fair compensation practices.
- Educate leadership on our compensation philosophy and ensure its effective implementation.
- Conduct Pay Equity reviews to promote fairness across all roles.
- Provide customized data analysis and expert advice to support team requests.
Qualifications:
- 3 years in an HR compensation role.
- Proven experience in enhancing compensation processes and tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for creating insightful analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with benchmarking data to align compensation with industry standards.
- Hands-on approach with the ability to deliver results in an agile environment.
- Experience working with recruiting teams to structure pay packages (preferred, not required).
- Experience in Pay Equity analyses and international compensation (preferred, not required).
- This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of working from our Chicago office three days a week.
