Project Scheduler

What we are looking for: * Experience in Construction Management with a focus on project scheduling * MUST HAVE full cycle project scheduling (beginning to end) * Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Project * Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques * Desire and ability to work in a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to understand construction plans and specifications * Role is in person, based in our Quincy, MA office and requires occasional project site visits throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and other construction management software.
• Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of project estimates and manage contracts effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on construction sites.
