We are seeking a Purchasing Associate to join our dynamic team and help streamline our inventory replenishment processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and system navigation skills to contribute to our mission.
The Purchasing Associate will play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory levels across our five U.S. warehouses. You will handle administrative processes related to purchasing and inventory management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless operations. This role requires proficiency in warehouse management systems (preferably Mantis) and a strong ability to use Sage X3.
Inventory Replenishment: Process purchase orders to maintain optimal inventory levels across five U.S. warehouses.
System Navigation: Utilize Mantis Warehouse Management System and Sage X3 ERP to manage and track inventory data, purchase orders, and supplier interactions.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with international and domestic vendors to confirm order details, shipping timelines, and compliance with company standards.
Documentation: Ensure all purchasing documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with regulatory and company policies.
Data Accuracy: Maintain precise and up-to-date records in the inventory system, ensuring smooth internal communication and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams and other departments to identify inventory needs and address discrepancies.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues related to inventory shortages, shipping delays, and supplier communications promptly and effectively.

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- In some cases, experience will weigh more than the educational background.
- Proficiency with the Mantis Warehouse Management System or any other WMS and Sage X3 ERP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with medical devices or similar industries is a plus but not required.
