About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management and hands-on experience with application implementations such as Salesforce, SAP. Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage application implementation projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of deliverables with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on software or application implementations.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications like Salesforce, SAP.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience managing CRM or ERP implementation projects.
Technical knowledge of integration and customization for enterprise applications.
