Duties
- Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Utilize various platforms, including social media, to source potential candidates and promote job openings.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft or Paychex to maintain accurate records of candidates.
- Assist in employee orientation processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
- Perform research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with PeopleSoft or Paychex is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including HR sourcing and cold calling.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
