Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Duties

  • Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Utilize various platforms, including social media, to source potential candidates and promote job openings.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as PeopleSoft or Paychex to maintain accurate records of candidates.
  • Assist in employee orientation processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Perform research on industry trends and best practices in recruiting to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.

Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems; experience with PeopleSoft or Paychex is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, including HR sourcing and cold calling.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong research skills to identify potential candidates and market trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly.
