Job Description
Inside Account Manager
Eagle Graphics is leading provider of logo apparel, uniform and promotional product programs. Our online company store and employee reward programs are customized with the clients business needs, including just-in-time production for low client inventory levels, warehousing and fulfillment. Our large in-house production facility is a competitive advantage over typical promotional product distributors, allowing for quick turn and competitive cost structure.
Our focus is mid to large corporate clients with high volume potential. The Corporate Account Manager will proactively plan and execute account sales strategies to leads that are both generated from our web based marketing strategies and the account managers ability to cold call and network. The majority of our leads are qualified inbound marketing leads actively looking for a company store or reward store program.

Specific responsibilities include the following:
- DAILY SALES OBJECTIVE: Proactively network with potential clients who contact us via our web based marketing strategies. Most leads are qualified and actively looking for a company store program. Ideal clients have 200-50,000 employees searching for a corporate apparel and promotional product solution including online company stores, employee reward stores, kitting, packaging, warehousing & fulfillment.
- Reach out via email and telephone to potential clients that inquire about building a company store program.
- Implement our proven sales plan and strategies to win clients.
- Prepare and deliver phone and web based sales presentations to executive management.
- Prepare quotes and proposals that uniquely position Eagle Graphics to win business.
- Coordinate internal resources on new business opportunities and existing programs
- Manage day-to-day relationships through effective personal communication and delegation to various areas and partners within the organization.
- Assess market conditions and impact on individual companies to identify products and services that can be translated into new business opportunities.
- Work within and achieve preset prospecting metrics and goals.
- Work independently
Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Proven success in the Corporate Apparel, Uniform and/or Promotional Product industry desired
- Track record of proactively building relationships and acquiring new customers
- Strategic selling experience in all phases of selling process preferably in the Corporate Apparel and Promotional products industry
- Demonstrated years of building strong customer relationships to meet specific business goals within defined budgets and timelines.
- Ability to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the broad business trends, practice and influences within an assigned area of industry opportunity.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to foster a team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in PC applications including email, spreadsheet, database, word processing and lead tracking/management software and on-line business research tools

Pay: $32,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
