Description: Earth Analytical Sciences, Inc., has an immediate opening for a full-time Organic (BNA) Analyst. Job duties include, but are not limited to, preparing and analyzing samples by GC/MS with supervision, making reagents and standards, maintaining logbooks and supplies, reviewing data on TPH and BNA, and cleaning/maintaining instrumentation. This analyst position requires a B.S. degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Biology or related field. Must be able to work 40 hours per week. Knowledge of methodology and the ability to follow methodology and SOP’s and report results in a concise and accurate manner is preferred. The ideal candidate must be a team player with the excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize duties when needed, strong computer skills, is detail oriented and able to stand for long periods of time within the work day, follow all safety practices and procedures and perform other duties as assigned. Salary is DOE and benefits are available after probationary period. All applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background, and drug and alcohol screening.
