As the runner / expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll describe the food being presented and handle or communicate guest requests as they come up
As host, you'll be the conductor of the orchestra that is service. You are the first impression of the restaurant and set the tone for guests' experiences. You will answer phones, take reservations, and be responsible for seating guests according to server availability. Your attention to detail and communication are critically important. You are also the last note of the experience, and will wish guests farewell and invite them to come back
As a cook, you'll set up your station and participate in prep. You should be passionate about putting out consistent, quality food and seeking opportunities to learn and grow in the kitchen. You should be able to follow recipes and take direction from the Chef or Sous Chef and also explore your creativity where appropriate. You welcome the fast, often hectic pace of the kitchen and are above all a team player
