Position Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and managing offers. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure that candidates align with company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Process: Post job advertisements, screen resumes, secure internal approvals, and work with external agencies.
- Candidate Interaction: Communicate with leaders, schedule interviews, and participate in interviews.
- Onboarding: Facilitate offer letters, prepare new hire paperwork, and lead new hire orientation.
- HR Compliance: Stay current on legal and regulatory requirements; manage employee data and conduct exit interviews.
- Vendor Liaison: Coordinate recruiting-related initiatives with external vendors.
- Career Fairs & Networking: Attend events to promote company brand and build professional networks.
- Additional HR Tasks: Support special HR projects and assist with data organization.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Three years of direct recruiting experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) and payroll systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
- Strong judgment, proactive planning, and multitasking capabilities.
