Billing Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee the billing department, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. Duties

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the billing department, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Review and approve invoices before they are sent to clients, ensuring accuracy in billing amounts and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate billing staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
• Develop and implement billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in the billing process.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing inquiries or disputes effectively.
• Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a billing or finance department is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing software and financial management systems is essential.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices is an advantage.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
