We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. Duties
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist in Safety Meeting and Orientations
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with event planning, coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Supervise office staff and provide guidance on administrative procedures.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Engage in team management activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Coordinate vendor management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management. Familiarity with AP/AR preferred but not mandatory. The ability to work independently while also being an effective team player is essential. Experience in supervising staff, human resources functions, event planning, and managing phone systems will be considered advantageous. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
