Intermediate Rigger/Service Tech

Come and Join the Edge One Team in our exciting new role as Intermediate Rigger/Service Technician! This position will work in the office and on the road with a company vehicle and travel in the area of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana or Minnesota pending applicants location. Only day travel needed, no overnights.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for providing equipment service and support for a variety of financial equipment products. This position will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient lifting, moving and positioning of heavy loads, utilizing a variety of rigging techniques and equipment. These products may include ATM machines, recyclers, coin and currency counters, software support, document and check scanners. This position will also serve as a Service Technician when needed including staging machines, benefit repairs, and running parts as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Safely rig and move loads of various sizes and weights using appropriate rigging techniques and equipment.

2. Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections of rigging gear and equipment.

3. Serve as a Service Technician as needing including duties of staging ATM machines, benefit repairs, and running parts as needed.

4. Interpret and follow lifting plans, load charts and other related documentation.

5. Adhere to all safety regulations, procedures, and standards set ty Edge One and industry guidelines.

6. Maintain rigging equipment in good working conditions and report any defects or issues to immediate supervisor.

7. Represent Edge One in a professional manner.

8. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2 years of rigging experience required.

2. Prior experience in bank operations, cash processing, document/check image, coin and currency or ATM repair preferred.

3. Prior background in construction ability preferred.

4. Must be able to drive a vehicle, day and night, and pass an annual driving test.

5. Able to pass D.O.T. physical examination and drug screening test.

6. Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.

7. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, squat and twist in various positions while servicing equipment.

8. Must be able to read and understand written product manuals and apply that knowledge in servicing related equipment within guidelines.

9. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and be insurable.

10. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
