Training Lead

Job Description

Position Summary

The Training Lead will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to both end users and integration partners.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops for end users and channel partners at various levels.
• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with end users and integrators.
• Create engaging and effective training materials, including videos, presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.4. Conduct training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, hands-on activities, and group discussions.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure the application of learned skills.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools (e.g. LMS, PowerPoint, Zoom).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Trainer or in a similar role.
• Certification in technical training (e.g., CompTIA CTT , Microsoft Certified Trainer) is a plus.
  
  

Additional Comments

Standard business hours for this role are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ET.

Approximately <10% of travel, both local and overnight for company meetings, industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, etc.
