Job Summary

The Student Ambassador will join a dynamic recruitment team, alternating between their current operations/quality role and the Student Recruitment department as needed. They will represent Education At Work (E@W) to university partners and students, lead outreach events, assist with applications and hiring, and engage with current students. This role requires a flexible schedule for in-person commitments. Student Ambassadors are vital in meeting hiring needs and identifying top-performing students for various business lines. Alongside their current operations duties, they will also handle the following responsibilities when acting as a Student Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute on and off-campus recruiting events with Student Recruitment team.
  • Represent E@W professionally and enthusiastically at recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with campus clubs and organizations.
  • Support new student employees in their transition to E@W by setting clear expectations, fostering a welcoming environment, and serving as a point of contact.
  • Collaborate with universities to participate in recruiting events, including scheduling, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain and update recruiting databases and candidate information.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

  • Referral Bonus Plan for new student employees actively employed for 30-, 60-, and 90-days post-production:
  • ○      30 days: $25/ new hire student employee
  • ○      60 days: $25/ new hire student employee
  • ○      90 days: $50/ new hire student employee
  • ○      Total New Hire Bonus: $100/per new hire student employee


Minimum Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program and an active E@W student employee.
  • Minimum tenure of two consecutive semesters with E@W.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills, punctuality, reliable attendance, and openness to feedback and coaching.
  • Good academic standing with the university.
  • Consistent maintenance of KPI metrics set by the client.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Available to work during office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am—5:00 pm) with flexibility to attend recruiting events outside these hours, including weekends.


Recruitment Metrics
  • Weekly Recruitment Goals:
  • ○      20 candidate referrals (minimum)
  • ○      50% candidate referral conversion to the interview phase.
  • ○      25% interview conversion to offer phase.
  • Must participate in 75% of all recruiting/company events.
