Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management
    • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the community.
    • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff to ensure a cohesive and effective team.
    • Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence.
  • Resident Care & Services
    • Ensure high-quality care and services are provided to all residents.
    • Foster a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment for residents.
    • Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Compliance & Safety
    • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to assisted living operations.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
    • Oversee safety programs to protect residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the community’s budget to meet financial goals.
    • Monitor revenue, expenses, and occupancy to ensure profitability.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising care quality.
  • Community Relations
    • Represent the community in a professional and positive manner.
    • Develop strong relationships with residents’ families, healthcare providers, and the local community.
    • Lead marketing and outreach efforts to maintain and increase occupancy.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
    • Implement programs and services that enhance the quality of life for residents.
    • Monitor and evaluate community performance, addressing areas of improvement proactively.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role within assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare management.
    • Licensure: State-specific administrator license (if required).
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
      • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
      • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
      • Knowledge of regulations and standards for assisted living communities.
